New Murabba, a new era in urban development, will support Riyadh’s ambition as the world’s “ten most livable cities” by being “born smart,” sustainable, and anchored by 15-minute city principles. New Murabba will provide 27 million square meters of developed assets. It will offer over 9,000 hotel room keys, a 45,000-seat multi-purpose stadium, and spaces for retail, entertainment, schools, and healthcare facilities. It will also host the Mukaab – a modern-day marvel serving as Riyadh’s icon and a “gateway to another world.”
